HLB understands that each property project has its own inherent unique attributes and that, at times, lending is not always the most viable or practical solution. As such, HLB can offer Joint Venture solutions for an array of property project types. 

 

HLB welcomes applications for such opportunities that exceed a value of $10M and are based on property projects in Sydney. 

 

HLB also welcomes land-owners with little or no debt seeking a joint venture partner to provide construction funding and/or a release of equity.
