HLB has a large local fund that is available to advance funds on a private lending basis for property projects that are commercially viable. Lending preferences are:

• Minimum lend of $2M

• Sydney based property developments

• De-risked sites

• LVR max of 85% on TDC

• Acceptable and valid valuation in place

HLB can be positioned as a first mortgage and/or mezzanine lender.
