Great news for the team at Heworth with our development granted financial approval by ANZ Bank.
The Serenity Apartments development in Sydney's Ashfield has the green light and construction will commence this month. Wrapping across a huge corner block. 3 basements and 7 levels, 60 residential apartments is what will be on the Cnr of Milton and Hume Highway, We are excited to start demolition and get this project activated.
