Since obtain his PHD in Engineering from the University of York, Gary has become a successful property developer in Sydney, where he has built extensive relationships and gained valuable local experience within the industry over the last 10 years.

Due to his accomplished background in the industry, Gary understands the requirements needed to deliver a successful project and is in charge of coordinating the construction company to deliver the right product in the right timeframe.
Syco Peng
CFO & Cofounder
With a master degree from Beijing University, Syco is the cofounder of Heworth Holdings Group. He has more than 10 years experience in financial technology companies, specialising in product design and wealth management.

Having worked in the real estate industry over the last 10 years, Syco brings a broad range of expertise to Heworth, including real estate project analysis, project management, data modelling and project risk control. He also brings multi-national management expertise to our business with a deep understanding of the Australian and Chinese wealth management systems.
Nicole Wu
COO & Head of Capital
Started her career at ANZ, Nicole has 12 years experience in corporate leading, M&A, equity raising and property finance across different segments in Australia, USA and China, mainly focusing on large scale mixed used developments in Sydney, with a strong background in credit risk management and extensive direct network with wholesale and private investors and stakeholders.​​​​​
Chris Walsh
Head of Property
Chris has held various property roles in the project and development management industry over the past 12 years, which has given him unparalleled insights and expertise into how projects and investments must be delivered in order to achieve profitable and successful outcomes for their shareholders.

Since joining Heworth in 2018, Chris has been responsible for securing planning approval on the prestigious Balmain Leagues Club development in Rozelle and delivery of other important investments around Sydney.
